Your Solo Ad Provider » Our Process
When your ad is received we'll give it a once over to see where we can best place your advertisement based on what your ad and website are about.
For example, if you're selling perfume, we won't be sending your ad to people looking for lotion. If your ad is for your work at home business, we won't send the ad out to those same people looking for lotion or perfume. It's our first priority to send advertisements to groups that are suitable for what you're trying to promote because if it is not a match, your ad is not successful.
After determining what groups your ad is best ran in, we'll schedule your ad into our advertising schedule for the next day. Your ad may not be ran on the same day that it is received.
When preparing for your solo advertisement to run, we ask you for a name that it'll appear the advertisement comes from. This is for those people that see the NAME associated with the e-mail address and not the e-mail address in the mail client. Whatever name you provide to us, for example "Your Solo Ad Provider" is used to send your advertisement. This is an extra step to ensure that we're advertising your business, not ours.
Once we have setup our account to look like your business, your ad will begin running to the specified amount of groups for that day.
If you purchased 300 groups, your ad will begin running the first business day after your purchase. Because 300 groups are sent over 2 business days your ad campaign will begin on the first business day and on the next business day. Once completed, you'll receive a solo advertising report.
Should your purchase be of 1,000 groups sent over 5 days, 1,000 groups is the total number of groups your ad will run in and not how many groups you will receive each day over the course of five (5) days.
This means if you purchase your 1,000 groups of solo advertising on Tuesday, your campaign will begin on Wednesday and we'll send your ad to 200 groups for 5 business days for a total of 1,000 groups. This means your solo advertising campaign will end on the following Tuesday.
There are two cases where we'll make direct contact with you before we run your solo advertising campaign:
• To acknowledge that we have received your purchase and inform you of the day that your campaign will begin.
• We have found an error in your ad. For example, the URL you provide doesn't actually go to a website, you mentioned in your ad to contact you via a phone number and no phone number is provided, or the advertisement mentions a sale or special that is out of date.
Remember, it's not our job to proof read your ad. It's our job to make sure that your advertisement is successful. You can aid the process by double or triple checking your advertising information before hitting the submit button!
Lastly, your solo advertising campaign is concluded by sending you an e-mail of confirmation that your solo advertisement has concluded and how many groups your solo advertisement went to.
